最大絕對誤差下限26.4x(1-25/33%)=26.4x0.99242424=26.2
so the range of the actaul height:26.2-26.6

26.4*25/33%
=0.2m

so range of the actaul height:
26.4+/-0.2
=26.2 - 26.6m
