"連續劇/電視劇" sort of implies the fictional type of TV show that involves love, drama, etc. If that is what you mean, then "soap opera", or simply "soap" would be fine.
If you are talking about other types of TV shows, then there are "crime series" or "action series", etc.
However, "TV show" or "TV series" is fine.

3) Maxiseries 都可以﹐ 但美國人唔用呢個字。
