Usually, urine lvl in blood reached 7 degree means that it may crystalize n develop gout attack....
but somebody may hv the lvl of 7.5, or 8 or some even at 9, but they didin't develop gout.... why??
So isn't it the process of crystallisation that afffect the gout attack??

Yes indeedthe ph value of both blood n urine may hv a significant inpact on crystalisation process,
usually an alkaline status will diminish the probability of stones n urine crystal
so keep a good diet is v important, less meat, more vegi n fruits are highly recommend
