First find the gradient of the line where these 2 points lie on, using the Point Slope formula:
(4-2) / (2-5) = -2/3
Then apply the point slope formula again by choosing a point e.g. (2,4)
use (y - 4) / (x - 2) = -2/3
3 (y - 4) = -2 (x - 2)
3y - 12 = -2x + 4
2x + 3y - 16 = 0

The equation is 2x + 3y - 16 = 0
