I want to change my field to management, is MBA the best way

I have a degree and master in psycholog and couldn't get a related job in HK.... thats why I have worked in merchandising field for abt 7 years ..... with a not bad salay. But I couldn't see the future in merchandising industry as China fty is getting matural. I feel lost in my career, pls help to give me some advice that study a MBA is the best / one and only way for improving my career. Many many thanks!!!!

Getting an MBA is a good tool to switch career. To change efficiently (ie. make use of your previous work experience as much as possible), try to climb up in your merchandishing field as high as you can. Change yourself from a senior merchandiser to a pr0fessional manager in trading/manufacturing sectors.
