有關產品在去年11月收到貴司對產品之投訴後,經雙方協議後我司已為這問題作出賠款,按照我司一般慣例同一工程問題不會再次作出任何賠償,希望貴司見諒

此外關於長椅問題,由貴司提供之照片看似是海棉因長期使用後變形,查當時貴司亦沒有在這方面有特別指示,我廠之技術人員正在查看可否更換海棉已作改善,會盡快回覆貴司
