FIFA改制後，2018年以後的世界盃會否成為歐洲國家的天下???

I think the decision from FIFA may somehow influence the World Cup which may be the era of Europe countries. Though different countries are improving, like Japan and some African countries as the guy above have mentioned.

But, these countries are not in Europe which may make them playing worse because of the quality of weather, geographically not adapting the environment.

However, if this kind of things really happen, it still depends on some of the best soccer playing countries in other continents like Brazil, Argentina, Mexico... which most of the best players in the team are already playing in Europe, then that wouldn't affect to those players and these countries may gain some advantages against other countries which are not in Europe.

But as a conclusion, this kind of things happening would be a big mistake or disadventage which might affect some countries' ambition of improving, the whole soccer world.
