Firstly, Juwan Howard goes to Timberwolves this year.And about the chance of winning NBA Champion, for Rockets, it really depends on the coperation between Yao Ming, T-Mac and Franscis ( the guy comes back from Magic)
But probably not Rockets, but Lakers or Pistons.
