我在2004年ABC中學修畢中四,現在於DEF中學修讀中五夜校課程I'd finished my middle 4th grade at ABC Middle school in 2004. I am now continueing the 5th grade at DEF Evening Middle school.

or you can say "Recently, I am receiving my f.5 education from DEF evening school."
