Personal protective equipment (PPE) is treated as the last resort, because if we do not treat it as the last resort, i.e. as ordinary measures, when PPE fails, what will happen to us? Do you like to be in expected danger? If not, we have to take measures to minimize the danger we must face in our work, i.e. reduce the risk we take at work.
