If you have decided to take your CE level in HK, what happen will be your only option is to go to polytechnic. It's very hard for you to go to Junior College, which is form 6-7 in HK. In fact, an 18 point may not be good enough to grant you a place in Junior College too. Unless you are willing to take GCE O Level examination.
If you are going to polytechnic, it'll surely be way more expensive than in HK.
There are many HK people studying in SG.
It depends on what kind of school you are goign to. If you go to Junior college, it'll be a 20 plus people in a class. however, if you go to polytechnic, it'll be like that in university. it depends on the faculty in take and it's hard for me to tell you how many people will there be in a class.
Frankly speaking, A Level's about the same just that HKALE is slightly mroe difficult. However, if you go to polytechnic, you will be getting your higher diploma instead of A Level certificate.
