要點先可以將亂碼變成繁體字?

are you talking abt program 亂碼? or web brower 亂碼?
if program, you can go
start-> control panel->regional and language option-> advanced -> Choose chinese in language for non-unicode program

if web brower you can find encoding in the brower menu, then change any languages you wanna view
