At Wed noon, K phoned J who left for lunch, then she told J's hus. that would buy & collect it. But J's hus. forgot to tell. J was having lunch w/B & talked about her neg. w/K. B knew that would buy it for 15,000. J agreed to the deal. At that evening, K arrived with 10,000. But it was already been collected by B.

J made an valid offer to K to sell the bag for 10,000 on Tuesday morning.K's acceptance reached J's husband. J's offer did not mention the acceptance can be made to someone other than himself and therefore there is no implied acceptance from K since J's husband did not tell J and J is not aware of K's acceptance.
B accepted the offer and the contract is binding and valid and executed.
