化學性質(chemical propertie)係指:物質在化學變化中表現出黎既性質。一般有:酸性、碱

性、可燃性、氧化性、還原性、熱穩定性。

物理性質(physical properties)係指:物質不需要發生化學變化就表現出來的性質。例如:顏

色、狀態、氣味、密度、熔點、沸點、硬度、溶解性、延展性、黏滯性、折射率、導電

性、導熱性等，這些性質是能被感觀感知或利用儀器測知的。

物理變化:一種不生成任何物質的變化。例如:熔化,凝固,蒸發,凝結,溶解等。

化學變化:生成一種或多種新物質的變化。例如:碳在燃燒時變成二氧化碳；鐵在生銹時變

成水合氧化鐵；水在電解時變成氫和氧。
