The main question is that whether she is entitled to Long Service Paymet. You must examine the provisions under the LSP which the wife and the husband employing the same domestic helper should be treated as one single employer. My personal view is that the domestic helper should be entitled to LSP and you should double check with the Labour Department. Now she has not finished her contract (which is normally a 2-year contract), I think you should give her salary in lieu of notice and holiday pay as well. If you think her work is not satisfactory, had you given her any warning letter? Any evidence of her work being discharged not in a proper manner? Hope the answer can clarify your question.

I think 2 employers with the same address are considered to be 1 employer, you should have to pay the LSP, You better ask labour department to clarify for you.
