解決唔夠氣的問題

我平時番學步行速度就算個書包,都有咁快行咁快,但點解我平時12分鐘跑時,都只係得個十幾個圈,因為唔夠氣,夠竟有咩方法可以有氣d,又可以跑多d圈?我平時番學無時間做運動

練跑每星期一次大約30分鐘-1hour
