Pros:

Money provide our basic needs (ex. food, shelter...) which we cannot obtain simply by intelligence
You must have sufficient money to develope our talents (ex. playing the violin, drawing) as you'd never have a chance to develope our talents if we are busy making a living.
You have to seek for professional help, which require paying, a lot times. One's intelligence is very limited.
Cons:

Intelligence help us appreciate the beauty of life.
You may spend your money, but intelligence is always yours
Intelligence help us make good decisions
Intelligence bring you bright future as everyone wants to hire smart people

Positive:

Money can solve many problems, such as
1. seek for good medication when sick
2. help other people
3. no restriction for learning what you want, like piano, violin...
4. help you to further develop you strength by taking more courses...
5. can choose what you want to study without thinking of the money problem

Negative:

Intelligence helps you in
1. building up your internal personality
2. build up the confidence
3. making a better decisions
4. broaden your view
