Zeus married his elder sister, the eternally beautiful Hera.
They had 2 sons (Ares and Hephaestus) and 2 daughters (Hebe and Eileithyia)

But Zeus had numerous liaisons with both goddesses and mortals.(但Zeus 還有很多子女)
His union with Leto brought forth the twin sons Apollo and Artemis.


He seduced the Spartan queen Leda, two sets of twins were born:
Twin sons : Castor and Polydeuces
Twin daughters: Clytemnestra and Helen of Troy.

He visited princess Danae as a shower of gold,
and from this union a son ( Perseus) was born.

He abducted the Phoenician princess Europa,
and she bore three sons .(Minos, Rhadamanthys and Sarpedon).

He seduced Semele , the union produced a son (Dionysus).

Themis bore the three Horae, (daughters) and also the three Moirae ( Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos)


Zeus had an affair with Mnemosyne, which produced nine daughters, who became known as the Muses. (Calliope, Clio, Euterpe, Thalia, Melpomene, Terpsichore, Erato, Polyhymnia, Urania)

Also the three Charites or Graces (daughters) were born from Zeus and Eurynome.
