I want to decide a webside, but I only have Microsoft Office 2007!

You mean you want to DESIGN a website?
DECIDE is not equal to DESIGN... =_= A little reminder

If you want to design a website, you can go
www.w3schools.com
For (X)Html, JavaScript and CSS tutorials

You need a wordpad or MS Office 07 and everything is fine, but of course, the website would not be colorful.
