申請假期一日在 30 oct 2007.
Firstly, we all know you are entitled to enjoy annual leave (certain days per year), therefore, you shouldn't use the word apply, simply, you may use as stated above, it is 100% correct:
Application for one day as annual leave on 30 Oct 2007.
