SHRIMP CAKE (without bread crumbs)
•1 lb Fresh shrimp
•1 tbsp Fresh parsley, minced
•1 tbsp Fresh green (spring) onion, minced
•100g Water chestnut, minced
Marinate Sauce :
•2 tbsp Cornstarch
•1 tbsp Sesame oil
•1 tsp Salt
•1 tbsp Sugar
•1 tsp Chicken broth powder
•2 tbsp Fish sauce
1.Remove the shell from shrimp. Chopped in small pieces.
2.Put the shrimp in a medium bowl, add parsley, green onion and water chestnut, and add the marinate sauce, keep stir until it looks like thick paste
3.Transfer to plastic wrap, wrap up. Throw the shrimp wrap into the bowl (around 10 times)
4.Form into 3-inch ball. Use spoon to press flat.
5.Cook until well browned. Drain on paper.
Serve with Thai Sweet Sauce.
