cold call

我這份marketing工作 要cold call..... 但係我一聽到cold call已經個心理好難接受,
知道又會成日比人reject, 好唔想call.... 而家暫停左...... 但都知上司一定要你做返....... 我9呎口1點樣改態自己心態,..........有無人可以幫下我????

First, know your targeted customer, their habit, income etc.. Second, know your product or services e.g. characteristics, nature etc.. that you are going to sell. Third, try to marry up and think of why the customers are in need of your products or services. What benefits or advantages they could get when they got your products or services. Focus on their needs and benefits ! I suggest you could get a standard statement or wordings from your company or you can draft one for your presentation. But, you have to put in your feelings when you are spelling out the statement or in [resentation. Lastly, build up a confidence on yourself and think positively when you get the first deal successfully and the following sales thereafter !!

你應該直接將以上問題向上司直言, 一些經驗的leader一定有方法幫助.
