First, know your targeted customer, their habit, income etc.. Second, know your product or services e.g. characteristics, nature etc.. that you are going to sell. Third, try to marry up and think of why the customers are in need of your products or services. What benefits or advantages they could get when they got your products or services. Focus on their needs and benefits ! I suggest you could get a standard statement or wordings from your company or you can draft one for your presentation. But, you have to put in your feelings when you are spelling out the statement or in [resentation.
