The most convenient way is to take Narita Express (NEX) to Shinjuku. The sit is comfort, the travelling time is accurate. You can buy the Suica & NEX set at JR East Travel Service Centre at the Narita Airport. The cost is 3,500 yen (include a ticket to Shinjuku, 1,500 Yen) plus Suica value, like HK Octopus (2,000 Yen , include 500 Yen deposit). You can use the Suica card to pay for the fee for taking JR, Metro, etc and shopping at the shops with Suica label.

Remember to use Nartia Express ticket to exit the JR station not the Suica card.

You can go to the Ticket office to return the deposit. If you have remaining balance, they will have a handling charge of 210 Yen. However, you may keep the card, the card will be valid for 10 years from the date of last use of the card.

when you arrive Shinjuku, you should go to east exit to go to Shinjuku Prince Hotel, around 6-7 mins.
