【請用繁體中文複製解壓密碼】literally means "Use Traditional Chinese to copy the decompression code." Grammatically speaking, it's a bit off. There are two possible translations to this:

One is just copy the decompression code with Traditional Chinese characters in it.

Two is that your computer must be able to read Traditional Chinese characters for the code to work. And yes, I think this second possible translation is the correct answer. If your computer is able to read Traditional Chinese characters, then just copy / paste the code to wherever it needs to be input. But if your computer is unable to read Traditional Chinese characters, then you might have a problem opening up (or gaining access to) the file.

I have to admit that this is the first time I've seen a code with a set of Chinese characters in it. I must be getting old. In my experience, they're usually letters and numbers. Anyway, hope this helps.
