忘記一個人好難嫁啵
講真你忘記左佢但回憶都一定仲會係度
唯一可以做既就係放底佢任由時間去沖淡一切

到一定時間,,,

要努力呀^^

忘記個「忘」字係死咗條心,死咗條心就自然忘記啦

例如:;FD,工作,努力讀書,
仲有要DEL哂ALL關於佢既野,
咁就OK

never think that "you want to forget this man". otherwise, he will appear in your mind everytime you tell yourself to forget him. just find another person or matter to keep yourself busy. Try hard to play/ study, don't try hard to forget someone your REALLY want to forget. good luck !
