Wong Wun Kwun (王綬官) has been to Greenwich in England and learned astronomical observatory. He wrote a lot of astronomy noteses and have the thesis of new views to the astrophysicist. After he graduated, he worked at astronomical observatory in University of London.

In 1953, he returned back to China when he was 30 years old. He started to build up a new academics-shoot the mission of electricity astronomy in China. He made great effort unremittingly through more than 20 years. The electricity astronomy observation of shooting of China gets into international advanced. Therefore, Wong Wun Kwun is called "Can listen and understand to the starts".

Wong Sau Koon had an internship at the Royal Greenwhich observatory in England. During his learning in the observatory, he kept a journal on astronomy from his new viewpoint and wrote his graduate thesis about astrophysics by his new perspective. After his graduation, he was employed by the observatory of London University.

In 1953, when he was 30, he returned to China. He took up a mission for China - to establish a new sicense, the Radio Astronomy, in China. Having striven for 20 years, the radio astronomy research of China became one of the pioneer in the world. As such, Wong Sau Koon was named as "Stars Whisperer".
