i would like to ask what is the temperature that is for the storage of cheese and cream?

Cream 和 Cheese 都是奶類制成品一般放在冰箱 5-8度就行了
當然 Cheese有幾千種 有些不用放冰箱也行的

cheese just keep in your fridge is o.k. but cream can keep in the freezer and freeze it so it can keep longer.Of ourse don't leave in room temperature to defrost, put in the fridge the day before you use and let it defrost.
