太空人只能吃太空食品，多數是真空罐頭。份量不會太多而且種類很少，罐頭易於收藏而且可存放很久。
太空人每天都要進行特別的運動，在船艙內郁動根本不能消耗多餘能 量，而且不做運動會帶來嚴重後果──肌肉萎縮。所以他們需將身體用繩 子綁住，目的是造成地心吸力的效果，然後在跑步機上跑步，便能防止肌肉萎縮。
太空人睡覺時，會把睡袋綁在牆壁上，並把全身（除了頭以外）都伸到睡袋裡。
由於沒有地心吸力的關係，洗手間需即時吸住尿液，然後再將它變成固體收藏，回地球後才處理。他們不能用水梳洗及洗澡是因為液體在船艙裏自由飄動，不易控制。

There can not be too many weight and there is few kind , the can is apt to collect and can have been preserved for a long time. The astronaut will carry on special sports every day, strongly fragrant in the ship under-deck can't consume surplus energy to move at all, and does not do the sports meeting to bring the serious consequence - -Amyotrophy . So they need to pinion the body with the rope, the purpose is to lead to the effect of force of gravity, then run on the race apparatus , can prevent the amyotrophy .
When the astronaut sleeps, will tie the sleeping bag on wall , and will stretch all the whole body (except head ) into the sleeping bag .
Because there is no relation of the force of gravity, the toilet needs to hold the urine immediately, then change it into the solid to collect , just deal with after going back to the earth. They can't wash and dress and have a bath with water because the liquid wave freely in the cabin , wayward.
