我成日都要幫公司聽電話!
我想問,
如果有個外國人打黎,
我問佢搵邊個,
我話: you want to find who?
哩句grammer係咪唔岩?!
應該點講?!
係咪who you want to find with?
唔該大家幫幫忙教下我!

通常Receptionist都會先講早晨、公司名、自己個名、然後問人有咩可以幫到你。e.g.
Good morning, (ABC) company, (Jenny) speaking, may I help you?
對方自然會話你知想點，如果你想直接問佢搵邊個(通常不會這樣做)，可以:
Excuse me, who would you like to call? 或者 Excuse me, who would you like to find?
總而言之，講話時用多D "would, could or may" 就實冇死，因為呢幾個modal verb都係最有禮貌的！
e.g. Could you send this file to BCD company? Could you repeat your message, please? May I have your name, please? etc.

如果係聽電話，就要禮貌d,可以講：
may I ask who you're looking for?
May I ask who you want to talk to?
如果係平常生活就可以用：
Who are you looking for?
may I ask who you're looking for?
