我不太明白一些國內專用名詞, 並很疑惑這些名詞的意思是否等於香港所指的解釋. 可以幫幫我嗎? 謝!

1) 法人 = legal person?
2) 天價 = unreasonable high price?
3) Please provide pinyin for 東北四環, 京昌, 京通, 京沉, 京承. 5環的意思是 ... ?
4) 我看不明白"导购".
5) 提成 = commission?
