我18歲的,昨日簽約做sales，合約話做不夠半年要俾$1000課程費同$300制服費，但我今日想吳做喇，不過應要七日通知，我做埋哩七日算了，哩間公司好似想呃我錢，我吳知點做好，同埋我兒家都無制服，何來制服費，所謂課程，佢話係好似平時傾偈禁教你野，吳係課室上當果o的，如果佢要我俾$1300，點好，俾吳俾？吳俾會告我毁約嗎？毁約會點ga?係咪要倍重多??

If you signed a employment contract, I believed that you are not necessary to pay the course fee and uniform fee.However, if you signed a purchasing contract, you have to pay for the fees.
I do think you had signed two contracts at interview. One is 6-month employment contract and with a extension of purchasing contract of course & uniform.
It is better to read your contract carefully and contact Labor Department with your detail information.

um...firstly.............did the contract mention when will u start to work sin? did you sign any paper that u have been receive the 制服 ..sth sth.....?
i think you would tell them that you cannnot go for this job if you didn't start the job yet
