点解骨磨骨會感到痛呢？

所有關節都會有軟骨保護從而給予其關節活動.當中關節中會有好多神經線在中間,如關節受壓.壓到神經線/ 軟骨磨損到任何鄟郁動都壓到神經線.你就會痛.

其實不是骨磨骨會感到痛，而是關節，脊椎因為平時不正確姿勢令到它移位，便壓住相關神經便會出現酸麻痺痛等現象。

the connection of the bone actually is a joint. there are many tissue in a joint.at the outer side of the joint,a capulse protect the joint,besides, soft tissue like ligament, muscle and tendon will attach the bone.there are nerve in the soft tissue, so when moving the bone, it is actually stretching the tissue around it,so that have sensation.

on the bone,it has blood vessel which supply the nutrients for it,but no nerve.
