This is a new model from Sony... It almost look like your requirment. But this one is 2.3kg... do you think you can accept it? 13" LCD are you OK? But you have to aware that this model CPU is Dual Core... NOT Dual 2 Core... that mean is OLD version... even still 雙核心... but...

And also, running Vista... use 512MB... at least 2GB can run <OK> performance... Even I need Sony notebook, the outlook is very good... but the quality... I think you MUST need to pay more $$ to get your requirement... at least... 部機要輕巧 + 最好雙核心 + 2GB ram (of at least 1GB), please add HK$2,000+ .... I think you can get what you want...

Try to go to dell.com.hk and find any model you like... or think the Fujtisu U1010
