it doesn't has a chinese version and u did not go to the wrong website.... facebook used to be only used by college students in the US(i think) but now basically everyone can join if u are over 18, college students, or u are in a high school network... i think they only have the US high school network, so if u are under 18, then juz randomly joined a high school network (randomly typed in some names and im pretty sure some highschool's name is gonna come out to let u choose) OR u can click "None of the Above" and randomly pick a year of birth (since u can change it once u have the accout) that suggests u are over 18 year-old!!!!!!!!
the basic function of facebook is to unite and add friends within ur network or outside the network.... once u've added friends, u can "talk" to them by posting on their walls!!! now facebook have more function (and i actually don't like all those applications)!!!! soon u are going to get addicted to it!!!
