*Elegie in e-flat minor, Op. 3, No. 1 - Sergei Rachmaninoff

*Piano Concerto in G major, second movement (Adagio Assai) - Maurice Ravel

*Pavane pour une infante defunte (Pavane for a Dead Princess) - Maurice Ravel

*Sonata in G minor, Opus 7, No. 3, third movement - Muzio Clementi

*Piano Concerto No. 3 in D minor, first movement - Sergei Rachmaninoff

*Prelude, Opus 32, No. 12, in G-sharp minor - Sergei Rachmaninoff

*Nocturne in e minor, Opus 72, No. 1 - Frederic Chopin

*Romance in F sharp Major, Op. 28, No. 2 - Robert Schumann

Pretty much anything by Rachmaninoff, I really like his prelude. A few of my favorites (that are somewhat haunting) are:

Op. 23, No. 4
Op. 32, No. 5
Op. 32, No 12

And, this one is overused (as is Moonlight Sonata) but is still haunting and gorgeous - Op. 3, No. 2 (Prelude by Rachmaninoff).

Depressing? Any of the ones written in the minor key. Most well know is The Pathetique Sonata in C minor. It is the 8th of Beethoven's numbered sonatas. Its original title was the Grande Sonate Pathetique and was dedicated to Prince Carl von Lichnowsky, a friend of Beethoven's

For a song to be good and depressing would be quite contradictory... I think you are referring to 'moody' or 'dark' or maybe 'melancholy'. As mentioned, look for songs in minor keys. For a very short list;
-Beethoven's 24th concerto, plus many of his sonatas
-Chopin's 2nd Sonata
-the first part of Lizst's 2nd hungarian rhapsody
-The Paganini concertos, especially 1 and 6 (not piano, but plenty 'depressing' as you will)
..there's literally 100's of thousands and to find what YOU like, just listen to various composers, i recommend classicalarchives, $20 for a year subscription

These aren't piano pieces, but what the heck?

The second movement from Brahms' Ein deutsches Requiem
"Nur wer die sehnsucht kennt" by Beethoven

Rachmaninoff's piano concerto #2 in C minor is passionate, beautiful, and sad.

It makes me cry and also feel happy because parts of it feel like the world blooming and then the low, low keys playing and the orchestra in the background. Highly recommend that one.

Since you love Beethoven as I do, please check out Piano Concerto #5.

Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini, Variation 18, by Rachmaninov.

So it's not exactly depressing, but it's melancholy. Nostalgic!
