Of course dipole-dipole attraction force, A. Since it is caused by the asymmetrical charges generated by elements with different electronegativites within a covalent bond. The asymmetrical charges cause uneven distribution of electron cloud, leading to the permanent polarization of anion by the present of cation. Hence dipole-dipole interaction has the strongest bond strength. The strength is: dipole-dipole interaction大過Dipole induced dipole大過Instantaneous dipole-induced dipole
which one does H bond belong to? H-bond is formed by a small, tiny, bare and highly +ve charged hydrogen atom coming a close contact with the high electronegative atoms such as F, N and O with lone pairs on them. The attraction generated is similar to dipole-dipole interaction. (i.e the highly electropositive atom, H atom attracts the highly electronegative atoms, either F, N or O with lone pair on them.)
+ve= positive
I hope you will find them helpful.
