How to capture a screen shot of a movie into picture in XP

I have video of myself and wanna capture some shots into pictures so that I can use as wallpaper or sending others.........how to do it?

When I pause the video and click Print screen bottom..........after clicking save into Jpg.....the screen disappear and just left a black wall...........

How to solve this problem.....??? thx

更新1:

I can do this for .WMV file......... but my video is a DVD video.....there are two folders for DVD......those files inside the Video folder I cannot put it in movie maker...........what to do then?

一係用windows movie maker la !
應該每個xp 都有既

當你click 左windows movie maker 之後
拖曳你個video 係個集合到
之後拖個去時間表到
and then you play the video on the windows movie maker
之後你按拍照 [有兩個野係個vid 既右下角既其中一個]
