You should send him to school. At home, you should teach him some basic words first, like, 我, 你, 他, 水, 包 verbally. whenever you meet any new objects, you'll tell him the Chinese translation. Later on, you can talk in Chinese with him occassionally, then you encourage him to speak Chinese too. It will be easy for him to learn Chinese afterwards.
