Use the disk come with the display card and install again... Or go to your display card brand name company and download the driver.

If you still can't fix it... try to remove the card and switch on the computer (if you have on board display card), or try to remove and install the display card again... the computer will load the driver again... (Of course switch off the computer before you remove it)
