一粒panadol會久久留在身體??

panadol不會在體內留存, 會經肝分解再排出體外
食適當分量的panadol沒有危險, 不過吃過量就有機會中毒!
過量服食, 肝臟不及分解, 藥物會轉化作毒素, 嚴重傷害肝臟, 造成肝功能受損, 嚴重可致死亡
那個"一粒panadol就會無左8秒生命"的說法大概是說有人因為食panadol送命的緣故吧...
總之正常服用, 不過量, 一日不食超過4g就好了

Panadol have another name called Paracetamol or Acetaminophen.

Panadol may have side effect damage your kidney and liver but it is more important not to overdose and drink plenty of water; take Panadol with cold water is more desirable (My doctor said).

Please don't worry about too much, but make sure not to overdose Panadol. If you persist have any unbearable pain during your menstruation, it is better for you to see doctor.
