Hydrated ammonium iron(II) sulphate(VI) is one of the most common redox primary standards.
Why we cannot use hydrated iron(II) sulphate(VI),a more common iron(II) salt,for the standardization of potassium manganate(VI) solution???

Iron(ii) sulphate * 7H2O will absorb moisture in the air, It will increase the mass of the sample! u r tkp boys?
