They are all near metro (地鐵), but number 4 Mercure Paris Ronceray Opera is situated in a tourist area, there are quite a number of theaters in that area for locals, it is much much better siutated than numbers 2 + 3 which are near the train stations.

The problem with the train stations in Paris, in particular number 3 : a lot of people, many pickpockets, gangsters fightings, police controls, etc.

Number 1 is outside Paris but it is not far.

Number 5 is almost out of Paris, it is situated either at the end or at the beginning of the metro depends on your point of view.
