加Ram 2X 512 定1X1G 好?

首先,加ram的話,建議最好買相同牌子,出現不相容(即相撞)的機會較少,這是道要選擇,個人經驗若買不回相同牌子的話,選擇相容性較高的,個人會選kingston,corsair,kingmax,samsung
個人建議選擇 1G x 2
先不討論相容性的問題
大多數都會使用 windows xp home/professional 其中之一,這是32bit 版本,除非你使用的是Windows XP x64版本或Windows XP Media Center,否則最多能支援3.2-3.5GB,照我的建議下,你會是1G x 2 + 512M x 2 = 3GB,這樣就最佳配合了
在相容性的問題下
若原先牌子的ram 買不到(買到也會不相容的),在不相容之下,你仍可以使用 1G x 2 = 2GB,這也是不錯的選擇,當然不同牌子也許會相容,這樣你不就是也可使用3GB 的嗎?
P4 3.0Ghz, 應該是選用 DDR RAM 了

You have to check your mother board can support only install ONE memory or not... or may be you cannot use DUAL channel when you just add ONE memory slot... some mother only able to use DUAL channel pair to pair...

If your motherboard support 4 memory slot, and you already use 2 slot for 1G, and you plan for 2G. I suggest you to buy 2 X 1G ram... the cost less than $500 ... Or may be later you can use 4G ram (if your mother board support)
