P4 w/ HT ~$300-500
CeleronD ~$1XX-3XX 底買 (比2GHz 的P4還快呢!)

However I suggest you better to ask the professtional.

Your mother board is Socket 478... and support Pentium 4 400Mhz CPU...

I think... you are not easy to buy the CPU fit for your mother board, whai I suggest you to do is,

Try to uninstall the useless program, free more HD space, Add memory (Max 2GB), Add display Card (AGP 4x)... I think this can be help!!
