澳元 is better than 紐元 because 澳元 economic prospects are better than 紐元 and 澳元 has tightening bias in monetart policy ( increase in interest rate)while 紐元 has loosening bias ( cutting interest rate).You can go to a bank and open an foreign exchange account to trade on currencies.
