一個22歲男~半月板要受幾多磅既重力先會受傷?

我早排練單腳跳~練完之後膝頭關節冇痛,但有D不舒服,酸軟~

無力~~之後我睇左D網站,,就話半月板傷左唔會生~好麻煩~~

我睇完唔知係米搞到自己太敏感~~~驚著已經傷左~~~

所以就問下半月皮要受幾多磅力先會受傷,什至破烈?????

肌肉傷同哥D傷既感覺有咩唔同???

半月板injury mechanism is bending the knee joint and twisting of the leg,e.g,it usually happen when football game. as u are just jumping,it seems not 半月板injury.

knee have 2 半月板, one at 內側,another one at outside.usually injury is內側,so when u touch it after injury,it is painful, also swelling,increase temp will occur.besides, locking will happen:locking is the sudden instability to fully extend the knee, and a block to extend the knee.sometime will give way,give way is sudden bending th eknee without self control.
so it seems u r not at 半月板injury .

as 半月板 has no blood vessel to let it recover, so if hurt,may be need removal partially or wholely

半月板injury not only depends what weight it bear.its injury also related to the direction of force.

Muscle injury usually not painful at the joint,it is not involve the swelling at joint.just feel ache or fatique after injury mildly. as muscle has good blood supply,it get better easily,usually several days can recover

really u seems a bit nervous only, to confirm wether u hurt it or not.the most accurate investigation is MRI:magnetic共鎮

基本上單腳跳不會整傷半月板,你練完之後酸軟是正常,但幾日後還是酸軟,可能是韌帶受傷,韌帶受傷沒得醫,不用睇醫生,但如果屈不倒,就要睇醫生,可能韌帶C裂。

為什麼要練單腳跳,對膝頭很傷,其實你想練什麼,可以問我!
