I am writing to you because I want to apologize for not bringing my English
book yesterday.

I felt terribly sorry to make you so angry about my fault but I didn't mean it. I
just forgot to put it inside my school bag yesterday morning. I was getting up
so late because I was very tired. I was doing my homework until very late at
the previous night. There were too many exercises to do. In addition, the
questions in the exercises were extremely difficult. I could not find the correct
answer by myself. I had tried to ask my parents but they said that the problems
were too difficult for them. I was very upset and I did not know how to
do. At last, I decided to complete them without thinking whether it was correct.
I knew that it was not right but I did not really what was the correct answer. Even
so, it was already 2:00 am when I finished all of them. So I could not get up early
to prepare myself in the morning.

I promise I would not forget to bring my book in the future. I hope you will
forgive me this time. By the way, could I ask you if I have some problems
in the homework?
