如果整焗薯一問
我想整焗薯, 個薯仔需唔需要先烚熟呢?? 同埋要幾多度火去焗? 焗幾多分鐘呢? thx!!!

buy some potatos is only for baking from supermarket.
wash and brush the skin, use a fork to put some hole.
put some butter on the skin
heat the baking machine first ,put the potatos in and bake for 30 mins
and turn it round and bake for 30 mins more.
after that cut it into two and put some salt,butter,cheese inside
put something you like inside

製法:1. 薯仔洗刷乾,叉剌數下。2. 預熱焗爐至200°C / 6度。3. 薯仔放焗爐上格焗45-60分鐘至軟。4. 取出薯仔,在頂部切去一片。5. 用茶匙把薯仔挖空,保留外殼完整。6. 芝士磨茸,與挖出之薯仔及牛油,調味搓成薯蓉。底部切平,使其站立。7. 把薯蓉再釀入薯仔內,放烘架下烘至金黃色。
