Life is short, it has up and down. When you think of your happy things, listen to good music, talk/ make friends, 上網看笑話,選擇做自己喜歡的事情 (合法地 ),看心靈書藉,想下你一生要感恩的事情己經可以幫到你。
When you are down, it is just an experience of life to learn how to appreciate & enjoy more when we are in Happy times.
