becase these two samples were a special condition,so it
should be:
an university student is the correct one
and it is "an" uniform,not "a" uniform.

因為如果前後字頭係a,e,i,o,u的字母，便會用an，其他用a。

The correct is 'I am an university student'.
Because 'an' must use before 'A, E, I, O, U'.
So you must use 'an' before 'university'.
